Abercynon RFC first Pre season session got off with a bang on Tuesday 27th June at Y Parc.
There was a great turn out of players both old and new, who enjoyed the session set out by new coach Gareth Nicholas and backs coach Sam Campbell. Pre season training will continue every Tuesday and Thursday @7pm throughout July and August and finish with two pre season friendlies against Tondu and Briton Ferry at the end of August.
