A massive well done to our youth team who last night come away victorious 19-14 against a very good Brecon Youth outfit.
In a competitive game played in good spirits the young men of Abercynon RFC galvanised themselves from 11-0 down to put in a sterling second half performance to make themselves and club very proud of their achievement. The players can now look forward to the final of the Blues Cup to be played on weekend of 20/21/22 March with the venue to be confirmed.
We will find out our opposition for the final later today, when Aberdare Youth play Pontypridd Youth with a midday Kick off at Aberdare(Ynys). Good luck to both teams.
Well done to our Youth team, I'm sure the community of Abercynon will get behind you in the final.
